A parody on Number 14 with appreciation to James David Audlin.

All the people raised a loud cry, “O that we had stayed in the 1950s with the certainties of the Korean War, segregation, and flight to suburbia. Let us choose a leader and go back to 1955.” They closed their ears to the assurance, “Do not be afraid of what is next,” and a generation fell in the wilderness.
